Q) How can I order on your website?

1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.

2) Click on the Cart icon from the top of the page.

3) Confirm all the products all with the quantities.

4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.

5) Add your address and information required.

6) Click on continue to shipping method and select the standard shipping.

7) Click on continue to payment method.

8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

 

Q) What is your delivery time?

Delivery time is between 3 to 8 working days for domestic orders (from within Pakistan).

For new arrivals and latest launches, delivery can take up to 10 to 15 working days for domestic orders.

Q) How do I check the Delivery Status?

Al Mirha's articles are delivered through reputed courier partners. Once dispatched, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order. You may also check the status of your order with the help of the order ID/tracking ID provided to you at the time of order placement.

Q) Can I cancel my order after Confirmation?

If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time.

Q) Do you have article customization?

No, we don't have customization in any articles.

Q) What are the shipping charges?

200 PKR for nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Free delivery for orders over 3999 PKR.

Q) How do I return an item?

Cash refunds are not offered. In case of size issues or damaged product, we offer exchange or the customer will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to shop from our store now or in future.
